Young Guns: Shoot for Hunger event held today

Young Guns: Short Takes 2nd in Central Regional Spring Shoot-Out

Five members of the Robertson County Young Guns competed  this morning in the Central Regional Spring Shoot-Out. The 4H sponsored event was held at the Maury County Gun Club. The Robertson County Young Guns Trap Team have resumed practice in preparation for the State Qualifier in May.  The Trap Team is comprised of youth throughout Robertson County in grades 6th-12th. Young Guns Trap Team: Short earns 50 shot pin

Congratulations to Isaiah Short of the Robertson County Young Guns Trap Team. Isaiah earned his 50 Shot pin from Nashville Gun Club earlier this month. Pins are earned as a shooter breaks consecutive clays. Pins can be earned for 25, 50, 75 and 100 busted clays. Congratulations Isaiah!

Young Guns participate in the Middle Tennessee Clay Shoot benefiting Second Harvest

The Nashville Gun Club hosted the Middle Tennessee Clay Shoot benefiting Second Harvest on Thursday, September 26th. Three Heritage students took part in the fundraiser representing the Robertson County Young Guns. Sophomore Shane Upchurch and Freshmen Mason Belcher and Isaiah Short are members of the Robertson County 4H Team. Isaiah Short took Top Youth Shooter for this event.
